Bad res accommodation and false advertising

I am a first year student and I live in a res with 11 other students we only have 1 bathroom and 4 plate stove my ceiling is falling in my room when I confronted the landlord about false adverti*****t he said the things he posted on the digsconnect website are his vision board I contacted them and requested that they investigate what is going on here they have not gotten back to me time the landlord keeps bringing more people and lying to them about distances to varsity. There is no security whatsoever and this is a girls res not even a electric fence that was advertised most appliances are broken when you ask umm i was planning this website does not care about our lives as students nor does the landlord there is no backup for electricity yet it’s a student accommodation
