HYPCOURT are they a reputable company

Bought a pair of Adidas sneakers on the 16 November 2024 and to date 03 December 2024, I still haven’t received my order.

Been mailing them and all I get is that we still haven’t received the sneakers. Is this actually a reputable company or are they taking everyone for a ride. Superbalist or Adidas direct would never have let me waited this long for my sneakers
