Hygo Shop - No service at all!!!

I ordered and paid for 3 items online through Hygo Shop. When following up on my order, I was informed that my order was cancelled and I had been refunded. I did inform Hygo that the credit card I used to make the purchase had been cancelled due to a ********** transaction that took place and have asked them to please get in touch so that I can give them my new card details for a refund.

After numerous e-mails, I have not had one response from them and my refund is still due to me
