Poor service delivery

In August 2015 our company bought 2 X 500 L PVC tanks with fittings from Hydrotek. The tanks have been leaking since the first day of purchase. Bongi and Kobedi have been coming continuously to stop the leakage but till today the tanks are still leaking. When calling the company, they always say they will come, but its been over 4 months of waiting for them.
