Bad Solar Service

We had a solar system installed by Hydrotechwater also using the name Greenfire-Eco. Sven Brandt, who is the owner, was extremely fast to take our money. Installation went good till back up service was required. For the last 15 odd months, we have been experiencing numerous problems with the system. It keeps tripping even though the charge is high and usage is low. We keep phoning to try to get solutions. Sven nor Cameron ever answers our calls or messages. They just do not get back to us. I have a message and call logs to prove all of this. Our council electricity has been off since Sunday 3 September 2023, which has left us withiut water. So i actually just wanted to know if it's possible to connect the borehole on the solar system. My wife sent Cameron a message on Sunday, 3 Sept, which was read but not answered. Then she phoned him on Tuesday 5 September with no luck again. So I phoned Sven on Tuesday 5 September. What do you know. No answer. Then I sent him a message and again, there was no answer. Only after I threaten to expose him on social media does he then send me a message and then call me. I just dismissed him as I really do not feel like dealing with this useless service. I would rather contact another company that will appreciate my business. They obviously make way too much money to be able to care about existing clients. It's sad as he was referred to me by a client who I trust bit so far. Sven and Cameron have just shown no interest in our problems. I would highly recommend not to make use of their services as there is zero backup service. I am in retail myself, and even though I have a huge workload, I always get back to my clients.
