The level of service in Tritchardt Hydromed Hospital Secunda is no different than public hospitals

I am so dissapointed of the level of service i received, i slept in a room with a woman that was coughing so bad that she couldnt stop i reported to the sister in charge she told me they cant help there were no beds available. I stayed up the whole night till morning, around 4 am i cryed and reported to this Sister in charge and i left my bed to sleep on the Hospital couch nobody did anything about it when i returned to my room 3 minutes later the lady that i was complaining about stood up and came to my bed to insult me and the nurses in the room that were helping another patient did not say anything or calm the the situation i asked them to stop this woman from insulting me they said they are busy.
