BAD SERVICE from HYDRO SOLAR & GAS

I Bought 24 x 200Ah New Batteries from Hydro Solar & Gas on the 28th of February 2018, after 2 days my driver collected the 24 x 200Ah batteries from Hydro Solar & Gas, once it arrived at my premises I sent them an Email to say the batteries are not NEW batteries, they said they will refund me, I have been waiting till now for a Refund but all I get is excuses on why they can't refund me. I even offered to buy the 24 x 200Ah batteries from them at a Price they said is Fair for second hand batteries, then they only need to refund me the difference, but until now I haven't received any Refund. I get Empty Promises and I get Excuses on why they cant refund my money. I contact Hydro Solar & Gas regularly via Email and WhatsApp to get feedback on my Refund but every time they give Excuses ... So lets see if a BAD REVIEW makes any difference to Them?
Dear len from Elexco situated in Witbank, we did tell you to please return tge batteries so that it could be immediatly returned to the warehouse and exchanged as the procedures stippulate. We did receive emails regarding the price that you wanted to pay for them but it was refused due to the fact that the batteries needed to be returned to the suppliers warehouse., instead you kept on trying to place an order and wanting to deduct an amount as a ponsy that we owe you money? Those batteries needed to be returned but instead you sold them (as brand new) ,i might add, to customers at your shop ELEXCO IN WITBANK. If you just returned tge batteries we would have refunded you, no problem. Now you are liable for selling thrm instead of just returning. I really hope that customers do read reviews to understand that when its faulty and you RETURN the products there would be no issues. If i buy a faulty kettle from game i don't just sell it and blame them. I take it back for a refund or replacement. Hope you understand the consequences.
