Very bad customer service and false advertising
This company advertises new batteries very cheaply. They insist you have to pay before colleting. And when you are there to collect you find out that it is old damaged second hand batteries they sell. When asked to give a refund they are full of excuses.

When stock is purchased on a large scale 99% of companies require that payment reflect first before releasing stock, unfortunately you did make a card transaction that was indeed reversed and this caused the bank to release the funds after 3 working days, unfortunately we could not tell the bank to speed up the process for that is their terms. The stock that we sell are new and also carry a valid warranty that we had never before have any problems with, I think that you were not satisfied with the performance and therefore required a refund, my sincere apologies if you had a waiting period on the funds to clear but unfortunately it is the terms of the banks.
