Purchased item returned never received Refund or item

We purchased a stove from Hydro solar & gas and the stove was received but due to installation problems had to return it to them. They then confirmed that they can not replace the stove for the same amount for no stock. We then requested the money to be paid back for we could not purchase another stove with them where they agreed and for more than 6months no stove, no refund. I can not get holf of them, they do not answer the phone or emails and now forcing me to report a case of theft against them.
