Security guard issues

<p>We are a duplex unit group that are situated alongside a company called Mahindra (Hydro Holdings). We have a problem with their security company group:</p> <p>They are the rowdies group and are highly inconsiderate to the 4 housing units that live alongside the company premises that they guard 24/7. Luckily not all of the guards are inconsiderate. The ones that have been reported to the owner Paul and the manager Willie, have allegedly never reprimanded, or removed from duty though.</p> <p>When we have spoken to the guards directly, the specific person in question refuses very arrogantly to tone down his voice level and consider the occupants who live alongside. This is both during Mahindra's working hours and within the early non-working hours of the morning prior to 5am each day. We want the owner to reply to his emails, or give a call of courtesy with regards to what he plans to do with his guards to accommodate us, and help keep the peace. Or to consider building a wall high enough between us that we cannot hear the sound reverberating off the corrugated roofing that covers above the guards. Thank you</p>
