Disgusted with Service

I would like to inform people who buy the hydro health deals on Groupon, my friend and i purchased a couples spa package from Hydro health and made an appointment for the 29th August 2015 at 11am. On wednesday they called me to ask if i can move my appointment from 11am to 12pm and i said yes. On friday i received another call confirming my appointment for 12pm and i said yes.<br> When we arrived at 11:45am they informed us that we were late and i said no our appointment was for 12pm they said they have no record of it and they can help me at 2pm. I informed them of the telephone call and the number from which i received the call, they instantly said they do not have the number. I tried calling the number and no one answered up until today the cell number is off. My point is that the manager was sitting outside and she did not even have the decency to come to us and say that there was a mistake or even apologize for the misunderstanding. I will not go there again... she literally sat there without even acknowledging that there was a mistake..how can you run a business?
