Jessica at the JHB branch assisted us. I had ordered and paid for a Stella unit online but preferred the Cali unit when I saw it in person. Jessica didn't hesitate to help change the order and process the refund of the difference in prices. This was all done super quickly and we were soon on our way home with the stunning cast iron Cali fireplace. We can't wait to have it installed and share special moments around the fire this winter.
