Hydrofire the best Fireplace Store

I recently purchased a fireplace from Hydrofire. In general the Jhb Branch provided good service. When we ran into some issues with a Fireplace the Owner Kristo Nikolov stepped in and resolved the issue without delay. Customer Service is priority to him and we experienced it first hand. The installation was done by Adonis, his work is neat and precise. He is very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure having him install our fireplace. The only reason I did not score Hydrofire a 5 is the fireplace manual was sent to us late, I’m still waiting for my invoice and the Jhb branch manager could work on her people skills. Greet your customers a smile would be nice.
