Great product, great service!

We bought a fireplace from Hydrofire Johannesburg earlier this month and we were very happy with the service received and the quality of the product. The staff were friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable and gave us excellent recommendations in terms of the best unit to purchase for our property and our heating needs. Although they did not have stock at the time we ordered due to their busy winter season, we were informed of this and we were told there would be a two week wait for their next shipment to arrive. They kept to the timelines and we collected the fireplace and components two weeks later. Monique was also able to recommend a reputable installer to us and we were very satisfied with the end product.
