Great product and excellent service

Have just purchased and installed a Roma fireplace. Arranged the deal with Fred who was extremely helpful and answered all my strange questions. It was installed within 1 week which is amazing during the busiest time in winter. Installer was also incredibly prompt and professional. I am thus far very very happy with the product and would highly recommend them.
