Horrible service

<p>we were booked at Hydro Executive appartments in Grayson drive (Sandton) when we arrived there in the late evening to check in there was no tissues in any of the rooms, we let that go... then the following day we left early in the morning and came back in the evening around 10pm only to find that our room was not cleaned yet we left the "please clean room sign hanging" when we called the reception she told us to use the other bedroom since we were staying in a 2 bed appartment, she kept on having excuses and no solution, we asked for the management number and the supposedly "manager" never responded to any of our calls, this is such bad service for a place that is called or categorized as "executive" there's nothing Executive about their service at all, non professional and very disrespectful!!!</p>
