Refuse to Refund

Ordered stock online, made payment via PayFast. They then told me that PayFast is giving problems and that it will automatically reverse.

Two weeks later, still no reversal. Ernest ( who I assume is the owner ) has been promising to do the refund but still nothing. Claims he's very busy everyday. Now also just ignoring my messages.

Use to receive such good service from this company, now just pathetic!

Will never support them again!
