Pathetic service!!!!!

If you think of using these people don't!!!!!! they are useless!!!!! they are now 2 weeks over their due date and there is just no one that can give us a firm answer to when we can get our goods!!! With this I have tried calling them 10 times and they just do not answer the Phone!! however, If they do, its excuses from the beginning to the end!!!

I have asked at least 5 times to speak to the manager - Dirk, ( that is if he even works there!!!!) He is never around or just does not call back!!

Lets hope after this review he will call me and explain what is going on at Hydrex!!
