Complaint about a poor quality BALR t - shirt.
I bought 2 t shirts from Hydraulics Eastgate mall, a Karl Lagerfeld and BALR one both black in colour. The BALR Hand Of God, t- shirt started to fade within 2 months from the date of purchase without being washed even once. I therefore notified the store about the faded t- shirt in January. I then returned it on the 29th of February 2026. I bought these t - shirts on the same date, however the Karl Lagerfeld one is still in the right condition. I only wear my T-shirts on very special occasions. I wore the t-shirt between December and January. The t - shirt was sent back by the Hydraulics head office in April 2026 and it was sent back without being properly assessed. I then sent the a mail voicing out my dissatisfaction, and they requested me to send it back for reassessment but the outcome was the same. They claim that the t - shirt has a stain which was not picked up during the first assessment. I paid a premium price for the t - shirt to be faded in n 2 months without being washed.I have spent over R11k at Hydraulics Eastgate since November 2025 to March 2026. I am not happy and would like to be refunded my money.
