Unhappy with the treatment and disappointed with the way they are handling my request.
I purchased a pair of shoes / sneakers on the 14/12/2025 for R4613 and were returned back to the store due to undersize on 16/12/2025. The store sales man Mr Lesedi Rakgalakane adviced that due to sale policy they cannot give me cashback or exchange shoes for me. I then request him to put them back for resale so that they can be able to refund me, i told him that I can even wait for the next December should they don't get customer and we even exchange phone for incase someone buy the shoes. On the 22/12/2025 I received an email from from their store saying I have a store credit of R4613 and that is the time I learnt about store credit I did not consent and I decided to call Mr Lesedi Rakgalakane for clarity and then he told me the shoes were purchased and it will enable me to buy anything of the same price, less price or more price for top up. I asked for refund in cash since we never spoke about store credit. What is disappointing is that I am now forced to use the store credit in their store and to date they are still refusing to refund me in cash.
