Beware of this man Joseph Sams. He comes across as a very helpful and knowledgeable person when it comes to tar surfacing, however once the job is complete, you will never hear from him again. My tar began to fail in places after a few days and after numerous promises to return and rectify the issues, he has disappeared. His “sister” has the phone now and she never knows where he is, so it’s possible he’s just run away. Regardless, no after sales service and he even tried to get me to be the “white” face of his business since people didn’t trust him as he is from Zimbabwe. Don’t let the flashy website fool you, he is not to be trusted...The John Doe testimonial on his website says it all. Avoid unless you get duped like I did..
