Inefficiency and lack of effective service - Hyder Properties

I am absolutely appalled by the level of ineffectiveness Hyder Properties is. My partner and i bought property in Midrand with Hyder Properties. On our Offer to Purchase, we were sold the property with conditions of No Bond/Transfer costs. In the process of the purchase involving the attorneys, we were requested to pay the transfer fees/costs even though the sale offer from Hyder Properties stipulated that we will not pay the costs. In desperation for our property to be registered by the attorneys and for our place to be ready to move in, we paid the costs that was requested from the Attorneys and acknowledged by Hyder properties. We then appealed to Hyder Properties about the agreement that was in place during sale that we will not pay costs, Hyder Properties confirmed that indeed we are not to pay, and we are to be refunded back the transfer costs of R 20 000. This has been ongoing since September 2021, we are still awaiting our refund that was promised to us in September 2021. Hyder Properties is going back and forth, no sense of efficiency regarding the matter. The company will state all these pleasant terms/incentives in sale of their properties but they will not deliver and serve effectively upon your property sale terms.
