Hyder Properties lack of com

Hyder Properties is a development of which I recently bought a home from. On upon receiving a pamphlet from the side of the road of which it stated "pay your deposit before 8th August 2018 and receive a washing machine or fridge" I called the lady I was dealing to confirm what I'd receive and she said I do qualify but she will get back to me. The Saturday after I went to view a property similar to mine of which the lady I was dealing with stated I should come only to go there and be told I can't. When I asked about the washing machine she looked at my deposit date which was the 25th of July and said unfortunately I'm late but she will find out. I stated to her that I did not receive any communication or letters not even an email to state that this was happening or I would've paid on the due date. Furthermore I've been dealing with this lady since May and she did not mention a thing. Up to this date she is still getting back to me. All I can say is this is not my fault but the fault of Hyder Properties. Their lack of communication is terrible and I want my washing machine. The lady I was dealing with failed to do anything about it and I'm really upset about it.
