Hi all,

I would just like to take the time and commend Paul Landsman in the Claims department as well as the whole of Hybrid risk management group for their outstanding service and professionalism .

About three weeks ago my cellphone was ****** and within 48 hours after submitting my claim it was processed and approved with minimal effort from my side.

And then again as luck would have it today (21/09/18) a rock fell off the back of a truck shattering my windscreen, within an hour of this unfortunate incident after once again contacting Paul my claim was processed and approved.

I would like to thank this establishment once again for excellent customer services rendered, I can truly say I have never received such top class service from any of my previous insurance companies I have been with as I have from Paul and the team.

I Highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance in the future!
