Outstanding service!
I just want to give a massive thank you to you guys. From getting my policy sorted out before I even moved over, all the way through to my first ever claim after an unfortunate accident.
My situation was somewhat different, in that I have a fairly rare vehicle that I didn't want to be written off after what can only be classified as tiny cosmetic damage. Danielle put a note from the start on my claim mentioning this and even checked it out herself. After all the quotes from panelbeaters and repairshop and even the report from the assesor put it down as a write off, this note went through to the insurer who then allowed me to still have it repaired.
A big thank you to Warren for ensuring my policy is accurate and Danielle dealing with my claim, being friendly and always willing to help!
