I would like to comment on the exceptional service that I received from Hybrid.

for the very 1st time in many years I have had to deal with an insurance company. I was unsure at 1st how this would go as my premiums are so low, no one, not budget, outsurance or any of the other short term insurance providers (I have tried them all) could beat their premiums.... I called and was greeted by Trudi Huysamen, wow!! wow!! wow!!

from my very 1st call, to the process, updates, regular communication, throughout, she was just a breath of fresh air. (I wonder if she is single.... :-))

But seriously, what an amazing company to deal with. She was so polite and helpful, so efficient, it makes me sad that I only have to deal with them in such situations as this is a company that I would call just to feel valued!!

I for the 1st time in a long time can say...... THIS IS HOW IT IS DONE!!! If you want great premiums, Great Service and simply all round Professionalism, with a Personal Touch.... this is the company to go for.

Hendre, many years back you came to me to sign me up, I have since had many more quotes as have changed cars, added and removed items and yet your company cannot and I bet will not be beaten by any insurance company out there.
