Hybrid Risk Management

At the beginning of June our house got ******. I called my broker Wilgard Vorster (Face to face brokers) to inform him of the situation. Within 15 minutes I received a call from Trudi Huysamen at Hybrid Risk Management. She assisted me with everything to get the claim started the same day. She also assured me that they would send someone to come repair my broken door the same day (which was done). The next day an independent accessor was sent to evaluate my household contents and submit to the insurance. After receiving the report they informed me that the accessor informed them that I was severely uninsured. I promptly requested the report as I did not agree with the accessor’s outcome. I received the report and started to review it, I noticed that she had made several errors and discussed it with my insurance. They discussed it with the assessor and got her to review her findings. They did not have to do that but it shows that they are invested in their client’s well-being and willing to fight for them. Thanks Trudi and Wilgard for fighting!
