HYBRID

Insurer claims that “The vehicle that I was driving was in her way.” My problem with claiming that the Insured was not at fault, the following: 1. It was an accident caused by "The Insured" 2. (BMW) stationery, with a car in front and behind. 3. The Insured person was in the moving vehicle taking the turn at a faster speed than she should have. 4. If she did not take the turn so fast she would have been able to control her vehicle. Her vehicle drifted – that is why she collided into the BMW 5. If the BMW was in the way she was supposed to stop. 6. If the BMW was in her way she would have collided with the front of the BMW 9. The Insured first words were “**** this is bad” - she knew she was driving to fast. 10. if she had stopped and turned into the area the accident would not have happened as the moving vehicle and should have exercised more caution. 11. The area where the accident happened allows for parking on both sides and two way traffic.

I was not at fault and feels that it is unfair that I have to be made out to be responsible for the damages To the vehicle I was driving for someone else’s mistake because she was taking the turn to fast. If she had stopped and taken the turn at a slower speed she would not have lost control for that second And her car would not have drifted and collided into the vehicle that I was driving. HYBRID kept on ignoring my emails and now claims that because the "the insured person" report is different from mine they will not pay for the damages. PLEASE GET WITNESSES IF YOU EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH HYBRID Attempted to contact the CEO for assistance NOBODY even replies to messages or emails

We can only accept liability on behalf of our client for damage that that they are legally liable for. You should claim from your insurer and they will liaise with us to recover damages from us that our client was legally liable for. We have escalated this to the claims manager for further review.

I appreciate the the response it is unfortunate that it had to go to this extend of public posting to get feedback. Please do read all emails that I have send with ALL the supporting photographs of how much space there was for your client to pass by, and that she could have stopped in time (if she was not taking the turn to fast, her car would not have drifted IF I was in any way in her way she would have been able to stop in time). If the claim goes through my insurance I loose my no claim bonus which is going for many, and will result in a increase of my monthly premium and affect my profile. The honest thing would have been for your client to be truthful. You have my details and relevant emails. Awaiting your response. Update to follow
