Excellent professional and personal service

<p>After many years with two other huge and very well known insurance companies I decided to change to a smaller company. I always wanted to insure myself but were never able to do it, and suddenly... a company saw my needs and provided for it. Thanks Hybrid for this fantastic product but most of all I want to thank you for your excellent service. I could ask all my questions via e-mail and in minutes I received a call to answer my questions. Thanks Peet Brits, you are a Winner! Thanks to Mark who immediately phoned me to answer some in depth questions and also to Jacques Schoombie who took the time to explain to me what will happen with my policy schedule when I pass away. It is refreshing to know that there are many highly s****ed people to assist in a very personal way. I hope that you will grow from strength to strength but that you will always be "small" enough to be accessible to ordinary guys like myself.</p>
