Desiree Jung - Fantastic service!

I would like to commend Desiree Jung for handling my claim so efficiently! My husband was in a car accident on the 5th of Feb, my broker and Desiree jumped in immediately. Everyday Desiree took the time to update me, no phone call was necessary, a simple email about what is happening every step of the time! This is customer service! Vehicle was written off and claim was paid out in no time, today marks 2 weeks after the accident, and we can already move on with the purchase of a new vehicle.
