Bad after sales support.

I installed an energy saving / back up battery solution via 2 guys operating under the name and style of Hybrid Enerrgy Solutions. did they just not mess me and others whom i have reffered up. Not going to say much but if their names start with T and C, stay away. They know the stuff but have got bad after sales servive and seemingly some of their equipment is inferior quality if the price you pay is anything to go by! stay away i have been in the dark although i have a back up system, for almost 6 months
