unreliable

I've been trying to settle two accounts since last October. They offered me a settlement amount, but before paying, they told me the amount was inaccurate. The manager called me, assuring me he would help and send me paid-up letters. However, to date, I am still waiting. Every time I try to get a hold of him, he's unavailable.

Bear in mind that I work in the same profession, so I understand that the ITC update might take up to 2 months, but paid-up letters should not take more than 7 days. You cannot rely on this company to collect on your behalf; they're unreliable.
