Unprofessional and *********** Business

If it was possible I would give this business a solid 0. They are the most unprofessional business I've dealt with and are very ***********. I've been a requesting a statement from them for over a year so that I can pay, I've now paid after receiving their account details but 3 weeks later I still haven't received my Paid Up letter or the statement I've requested on numerous occasions.
