The balance on my credit profile and fin27 as per the document attached is around

Current Balance R1 788,00. Obviously I know that as the collections company you have to charge a fee for collecting. Obviously someone swapped the balance for the two accounts i had with fin27.

But lets be honest its ridiculous to expect me to pay over R4000 to settle me this account.

Please re-word your balance for this account and give me a fair discounted amount to settle this account not more than R2000 obviously.
