Paid up letter

They take their time answering calls and waits your airtime for nothing and promise to call you and send you what you want.never received a reply. All I need is a paid up letter for payments made for C-track account.i have been calling them from the 7 June requesting paid up letter,am tired of waisting my airtime and time for poor service. Hybrid collection is *********** and useless!
