I'm writing this with Frustration because of the poor services from hybrid collections. They will hound you for the money and once you have paid up, they take for ever to provide you with a paid up letter. I need that letter for my application for rental. Now the are delaying my process and I might be homeless by end of August 2020. Please send help!
