Hybrid Collections are ****s, not reliable and unprofessional.

This collectors/ lawyers are very unprofessional, ****s and unreliable. They misled me from day one when I made payment to settle my account. Same with their manager who failed to address this issue.

They told me everything has been submitted to their client when I followed up the next day, and I must contact their client directly to re-activate my account. This was all ****s, and days passed with no positive response.

I escalated on this channel, then their client followed up from their side. That's when I was informed by the client that the collectors said they will only make the payment month end.

Had they been honest with me, I would have paid directly to their client's account and it would have been quick and sorted out very fast.
