Hybrid Collections = Abysmal Service

You can count on calls upon calls and sms'es galore when you need to pay them, but once your account is paid up, don't expect them to provide that paid up letter any time soon (even though they promise to get it to you - in writing - between 7 and 21 days). Not only will they avoid identifying themselves when responding to your emails and ignore your requests to provide identification, but they will take pleasure in telling you that you'll receive your letter "when it's ready". No looking into the matter, no explanation, and it seems supervisors/managers don't exist at this company because I can't get to speak to anyone other than an agent, although I request to speak to someone in a position of authority each and every time. It's been a full month and they're still typing those few sentences on a letterhead. I wonder what the excuse...sorry, delay could possibly be?? I'll be so glad to see the back of Hybrid Collections...but at this rate that won't be in the near future and I can assume when it does arrive, will come with a sarcastic remark rather than an apology.
