Hybrid Collections - WORST - Payments not allocated, fees keep growing daily*

BEWARE of Hybrid Collections collecting for Mix Telematics. Original debt R1,461.93. I paid R1,300 (R800 on 05 Sept + R500 on 15 Sept 2025) via EFT to their FNB ***. I used wrong reference by mistake and immediately sent FNB Proofs with trace numbers via phone, *** and their WhatsApp *** asking for re-allocation to Ref.

They NEVER allocated it. Instead they keep adding R28.75 call fees DAILY even though I never spoke to them - I am the one calling them. My balance went from R1,768 on 21 Sept to R1,842on 25 Sept, now R1,892. So my R1,350 disappeared and debt grew. They promised to re-allocate but nothing. This feels like a **** to keep you in debt forever with fees.
