Horrible service

I would like to complain about Happy Mathebula for his negligence he sent me numerous emails on the 21/07/20 the subject line was Please return call my reference is BOS0036 he did not reconcile the account before sending emails regarding payment that i made on the 02/07/20 apparently you are charged for the emails or calls made to you by them He reconciled the account while i was on the line with him and agreed that he can see the payment and admit his mistake by not checking before contacting the Client I then requested him to email me the updated statement reflecting the correct amount of R14527 not R15144 because they charged for those extra cost which im not liable for he never send me the confirmation email instead i received the SMS reminder for the next payment On the 24/07 /20 i called and spoke to Maggie checking if the amount has been adjusted it wasn't I'm still waiting for that confirmation from him.
