Finance27 ********** loan

Battling to get assistance from this company , there is ********** load someone took with my details from Finance27 last year and apparently it’s now handled by this company. I called “switch board “ several times and the lady said they only use one phone so she can’t transfer me to someone by the name of Hope who is dealing with the account. My life it’s on hold because of this and nobody care to assist me
