Disgusting service.... so much arrogance!!?

I arranged with Hydrid to make a payment for the account I have with Matrix early September and requested to forward the proof of payment to their whatsapp number, I was also promised that my name will be then cleared. I sent them the proof of Payment via whatsapp on the 17th of September … guess what?!... they blue ticked me till today i have not received any acknowledgement or feedback moving forward.
