Vehicle has been ******

We gave Auto Hybrid our Bakkie to sell In June 2018. The Bakkie went to Dillan who promised to sell the vehicle. Dillan then send me a settlement letter on 12/9/2018. The vehicle is still not settled and I have fines on the blakkie at R3,500. Nobody wants to take my calls or help. They have disconnected the tracker. Please can we be helped. The vehicle in question is FV 65 VHGP
