More kitchen staff Needed

Amazing venue and ambiance at Cape Town Hyatt Regency .The staff that attended to us was brilliant especially Khalid who went the extra mile for us and checked on us regularly with great service. However the staff was thinly spread that provided the food , the food took forever , we arrived at 20h30 and got our food at 22h30 . It would be appreciated if the kitchen staff could get more help to assist them in giving a great service as the rest of the staff does
