Hyatt House Sandton not refunding my booking

I made a booking on Bookings.com with the Hyatt House Sandton and cancelled my booking and bookings.com approved my cancellation with full refund advised that the hotel which is Hyatt House Sandton will process the refund and when I contacted the hotel I was told full refund will has been processed it will take up to 21 days and its a full month now with no refund and everytime I call the hotel, I am told the accounts has not come back to them and till today I have not received my refund instead I am taken from piller to post...
