Bad service

Good day I would just like to say that the Hyatt regency is a beautiful place located on the perfect spot in bookaap

However though I went to sit at there shisha lounge arrived at 8:00 ordered some desserts for my guest but only receive my desserts 2 hours later the service was extremely putrid but the ambiance is extremely good
