Qualification that have not been provided

HwSeta is completely ineffective i took part in a health and safety course sponsored by Hwseta at Makrosafe (pty)Ltd i did a 12 month course and submitted all required paperwork ever since then they have not provided my qualifications to me

I have been going back and fourth with them since 2022 and have correspondence to prove that they keep saying all my documents are fine that they have sent it to their head office i should get it in 3/4 working weeks fine we became patient and returned for feedback in a month time as they say then its another 3/4 weeks or they do not even bother to answer their phones or mails

We have pleaded with them over and over yet in December 2023 they said all is approved and we should get out qualifications in the start of the new year 2024 yet we are in April 2024 and still nothing

We asked them what is the holding up they said no we must redo the course. They are so disorganised and they are so ineffective they themselves do not know what they need to ensure we get our qualifications.
