Hwseta Staff in Bedfordview and Midrand is one of the most *********** bunch of people I've ever seen in my life. Richard Molefe who leads them is just a sham of a leader. They straight out ignore calls and emails daily. The receptionist at Midrand ignored the phone whilst I was calling standing in front of her many times. Hlamalani Ngcobo delays the achievement process deliberately. I fail to understand how providing qualification certificates for learners who have completed their studies could take over 7 years and still not be done. Students lives have been on a complete halt for years and they don't care. I call daily and trust me no cares. Emails are unanswered everyday. HWSETA RUINS LIVES.
