Horrible service and lack of respect for customers

I have recently had a horrible experience with this car workshop. Even though they claim to be the experts in the field, they lack customer etiquette and respect (I guess for some customers like me) especially the “Boss” Anton and his wife! Just after they claimed that my car was okay, I went back just after 3 days to show them that I believe some of the work was not done properly such as the water system and the oil, because they were exactly still the same way when I took the car there. They tried to convince me otherwise but lies caught up with them after they told me different stories and proved me wrong. I guess they thought I am just a typical young black girl who know nothing about my MINI after driving it for almost 10 years now. The owner Anton, threw all sorts of insults at me to an extent of telling me that he deals with “big people” and he is the so called expert. I must say this didn’t necessarily surprised me as I have seen how he treated even his employees. He think he is invincible and no one can tell him nothing! Luckily, I am not someone who is shaken easily especially by people who think like him! I stood my ground no matter the insults and threats! He lastly instructed the mechanics to redo the jobs I was not happy about in front me. I waited until they finish later in the evening.

But guess what, I even have doubts now where I am sitting whether the car was fixed properly because of this horrible experience after paying them about R19K

Mind you I have just noticed that my water drains almost every morning and just yesterday (15 June 2022) I reported this to them. Imagine I was told that it was not picked up by the diagnostics while they told me they were not going to do a simple diagnostic with the machine but the full one to establish the main problems.

Anyway more than anything I am utterly disgusted by their lack of respect for customers and think they are superior!
