Very poor servise

After meeting with the rental agent and making it clear I can only move in at the end of the month, they accepted everything and we started with the application. after everything was agreed on and the rental application was handed in and started the agent contacted me and said they cant rent the property to me for the end of the month anymore I need to rent it immediately or they cant help me. I think this is very poor services if I was told from the start that the property is only available immediately and that they can not accommodate me at the end of the month I would not have gone through all the trouble. they wasted my time and money. and does not even have the decency to apologize.
